I am a systemic coach, team coach and business trainer supporting professionals all over the world with 10 years of experience in executive coaching, corporate training, consulting and 15 years of management experience.

I specialize in providing executive coaching, team coaching processes (in Polish and English), workshops and consultation.

I assist leaders and their teams in maneuvering across fast changing, uncertain and ambiguous VUCA world.

My main aim is to help my clients leverage their talents, skills and expertise so they become effective leaders.

At my work I value active listening, challenging questions and right amount of mentoring and coaching. With this right amount of support my clients can create extraordinary and successful lives.

I am as well a mentor coach certified by ICF.

I wrote two books for leaders (both in Polish). One on effective teams, and second on courageous talks with employees. They both were bestsellers in Poland and are recommended by renown specialists to less experienced and mature leaders.
